Detailed Job Description:
- Setting: A manufacturing facility with a focus on employee wellness.
- Patient Demographics:
- Ages 18 and above (no dependents, spouses, or children)
- Primary care setting with an emphasis on chronic condition health management
- Acute Care visits available
- Patient load: 10-15 patients per day or less
- Schedule: Tuesdays from 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM
Requirements:
- EPIC experience
- Active medical license in the state of Kentucky
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract
- 100% coverage of malpractice insurance
