Job Details

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Days at West LA location: 3 per week
- Days at Lawndale location: 2 per week
- On-call/Callback: None
- Travel/Lodging: Local (drive-in only)
- Cases/Procedures: Primary Care, chronic care management
- Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients/day
- EMR System: Practice Velocity
- Mandatory Requirements:
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Primary care, chronic care, and medication management for a fragile population
Work Environment
The physician will work primarily at two locations in the Los Angeles area, providing primary care and chronic care management services to a fragile patient population.

Work Schedule
