Physician - Geriatrics
We are seeking a Physician with geriatrics experience for a Full-time 90-day contract.
Job Details:
- Location: Lawndale, CA (Los Angeles)
- Specialty: Geriatrics MD/DO
- Certifications:
- BC or BE, BLS, DEA, CA License
- Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of experience
- Type of Need: Locums (90-day duration)
- Start Date: ASAP (Credentialing process: 15-30 days)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Daily Schedule: 3 days/week at West LA location and 2 days/week at Lawndale location
- On-call/CB: None
- Travel/Lodging: Local (drive-in only)
- Cases/Procedures: Primary Care, chronic care management
- Patient Volume: Approximately 10 patients/day
- EMR System: Practice Velocity
- M jlongabeiner Vertical Specific Information: BC/BE Family Med or Internal Med. Primary care, chronic care, and medication management for a fragile population.
