Job Title:
Physician - Urgent Care/Occupational Health
Summary:
We are seeking a board-certified or eligible physician to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in an urgent care and occupational health setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with workers' compensation injuries, musculoskeletal injuries, urgent care, ER, and/or occupational health.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to patients with workers' compensation injuries and musculoskeletal injuries in an urgent care and occupational health setting.
- Evaluate and treat patients with various medical conditions, including but not limited to, sprains, strains, fractures, and other orthopedic injuries.
- Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, including medication management and referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Board certification or eligibility in a relevant specialty (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in urgent care, ER, and/or occupational health settings.
- Illinois medical licensure.
- Malpractice insurance coverage.
