Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician with expertise in geriatrics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in family medicine or internal medicine, with certifications such as BC/BE, BLS, DEA, and CA License.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary care and chronic care management for a fragile population
  • Work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, split between two locations: West LA and Lawndale
  • Use the Practice Velocity EMR system and manage approximately 10 patients per day
