What are the responsibilities and job description for the Women's Health Specialist position at Amergis Locum Tenens?
Amergis Locum Tenens is seeking a qualified Female Nurse Practitioner with experience in women's health to fill a contract role in our East Lyme, CT office.
- As a comprehensive women's health care provider, you will be responsible for delivering routine gynecological exams, prenatal and postnatal care, family planning services, and managing menopause-related issues.
- You will diagnose and treat medical conditions, collaborate with other healthcare providers, and provide health education and counseling.
- Additionally, you will provide emergency gynecological care as needed.
Requirements:
- FNP or WHNP with active CT License
- DEA certification
- At least 1 year of NP experience with women's health
Schedule: We prefer candidates who can work a traditional Monday through Friday schedule from 7am-3pm or 8am-4pm.
