Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Rep. to provide service and support to our customers. This individual interacts with customers to provide information in response to customer inquiries and handle / resolve complaints.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to inbound calls from members regarding Medicare and Medicaid benefits, eligibility, and coverage
- Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, provide information, and assist with enrollment processes
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
