Position : Lab Supervisor- Blood Bank
Location : Chicago, IL
Pay Rate (Local) : $85 / hour
Schedule : Full time Contract
7a-3 : 30p
40 hours per week
Weekend Requirements : Every other
Duration : 6 months with opportunityfor extension based on performance
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Technology or applicable scientific field of study from an accredited college or university
Must qualify as a Medical Technologist as defined by the Illinois Clinical Laboratories Code
Six (6) years of full time professional work experience with clinical expertise in blood bank
Two (2) years of which include administrative, technical and / or lead oversight for the delivery of clinical laboratory services
National certification as a Technologist through ASCP, AMT, or AAB is mandatory
Additional Details :
Contractor orientation will be 4 hours and paid at Chicago minimum wage (16.20)
