Position : Home Health LPN
Description : Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN / LVN (Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse) – Home Health provides skilled one-on-one nursing care to patients in their home and accompanies them when indicated to appointments, etc.
Location : Dorchester & Leominster, MA
Facility Type : Home care
Start : ASAP
Duration : 13 weeks
Hours : 40
Shifts : 8a-4 : 30p
Requirements :
2 years home health LPN experience, homecare homebase strongly preferred
