What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist -Annapolis, MD position at Amergis?
Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hour for 13 weeks . 2-3 nights until 7-8p (location specific).
License: Compact is OK
Experience: New grads accepted! Recent OP Ortho not including clinical/rotations/fieldwork, unless noted. 2-3 years of OP ortho experience preferred.
Volume: 12 patients per day 1hr evals 1:1.
The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state ofpractice
- Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapyexperience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
