- BLS, ACLS, CPI
- Active Massachusetts License or Apply for MA License upon Offer
Pay : $57 / hr (Local rate : within 50 miles of Facility)
Weekly Lodging Allowance : $7704 / wk
Weekly Meal & Incidentals Allowance : $476 / wk
