Amergis Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility in Fitchburg, MA who is currently seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to assist them on a contractual basis.


Details of the position include:

Position: Special Education Teacher

Description: 

  • 4 openings for DESE certified special education teachers for grades 6 – 8, roughly 15 student case load per teacher
  • Create lesson plans, write IEPs, track student progress, manage classroom and classroom support, work cross collaboratively with IEP team and attend IEP meetings.

Location: Fitchburg, MA

Facility Type: Public School 

Start: ASAP

Duration: Through the end of the school year 

Hours: Mon – Fri 7:45a – 2:25p 

Pay Rate: Up to $55/hr 

Requirements:

  • DESE Special Ed Teacher
