Overview
Join our team as a Liaison at Ameri Hospice, where you will represent us in community outreach efforts and facilitate access to care for clients in need. As the liaison, you will focus on fostering strong relationships with healthcare providers, promoting our services and programs, and driving referrals while embodying our mission. This role reports to the designated supervisor on our agency's organizational chart.
We are looking for Liaisons who has an Established Connections and Authentic Business Relations with Sources.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have great clinical skills and be a great communicator.
- Ability to resolve problems and set priorities.
- Act as company liaison to clients to resolve problems.
- Excellent written and verbal skills to effectively communicate needs to the public and to field and office staff.
- Pleasant telephone demeanor
- Ability to work cooperatively with others, outgoing and personable.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license and auto liability insurance
- Previous Healthcare Marketing Medical Experience Preferred.
- Successful completion of background check process
- Become an expert regarding services provided by Ameri Hospice ensuring effective communication and collaboration with providers.
- Work in partnership with BD and clinical leadership to develop a business plan strategy.
- Hospice and Medicare knowledge and experience.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
