Ameri Hospice and Home health Care is seeking A KOREAN Speaking Licensed Vocational Nurse to serve in the Los Angeles County.
We are looking for energetic, compassionate, and dedicated nurse who can make a positive impact.
Somone who can be collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

You will also educate patients, family members, or primary caregivers about the expected course of the illness, care techniques, and health measures. Additionally, you will participate in the care plan development and implementation, utilizing electronic medical records.
Hospice LVN Duties Include:
- Provide emotional support and comfort tailored to individual patient needs.
- Work closely with caregivers to design and implement excellent patient care strategies.
- Assist in medication administration according to established protocols.
- Help alleviate symptoms associated with the final stages of diseases.
- Support patients and their families with paperwork and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop effective care plans.
- Evaluate patient conditions through regular visits, assessing their overall well-being.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing
- A current LVN license within the State of California; certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing is encouraged
- A minimum of one year of LVN experience
- A valid driver's license, automobile insurance, reliable transportation, and ability to cover Los Angeles/South Bay areas
- KOREAN speaking
