Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of SAC workforce planning tools, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate workforce data and configure SAC solutions for accurate forecasting and resource planning.
- Strong expertise in workforce data analytics, modeling, and forecasting.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure successful user adoption of SAC tools.
- Provide data analysis and insights to guide workforce optimization during the project lifecycle.
- Support the development of dashboards and reporting tools for real-time workforce analytics.
