AmeriBest Home Care, a Top 5 non-medical home care provider in Pennsylvania is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Branch Director to lead our startup location in Pittsburgh, PA. The Branch Director will drive growth by delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and caregivers. Duties will include sourcing and staffing caregivers, developing client and caregiver relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating and advising regarding marketing campaigns, and managing the branch office P&L.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in non-skilled home health care administration or operations management
- Experience with in-home care services
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- Availability to be on call
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess a demonstrated ability to organize, administer, and evaluate on-going services in a multi-phased operation
- Have a strong working knowledge of all program rules, procedures, and company rules and procedures
