Looking to hire a Substance Use Disorder Facility Manager in Lancaster, PA. You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a behavioral health care team of clinicians. You will also be responsible for administrative and operations functions for the assigned facility. You will assume responsibility for development and evaluation, program reporting and statistics, and program outcome monitoring. You will manage 8 or more paraprofessional and professional level staff.
\n- A Master’s Degree or above from an accredited college with a major in medicine, chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a specialty in nursing/health administration, nursing/counseling education or a clinical specialty in the human services), public administration or other related field and 2 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency which includes 1 year of recent experience working directly with the chemically dependent, which has included the supervision of other clinical personnel and program planning.
- A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in administration or the human services) or other related field and 3 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency which includes 1 year of recent experience working directly with the chemically dependent, which has included the supervision of other clinical personnel and program planning.
- A commitment to complete CADC within one year of hire, if not in possession at the time of hire.
- PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal Background, FBI clearances; mandated reporter training, CADC – preferred; CPR / First AID..
