America Executive Clean, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. The AEC Supervisor will oversee cleaning operations for both residential and commercial clients, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, customer satisfaction, and efficient use of resources. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations. Address any issues promptly and effectively.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests. Ensure exceptional customer service.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage. Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies. Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement procedures to improve productivity and efficiency. Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, employee attendance, and client interactions. Prepare regular reports for management review.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in cleaning or management is a plus.

Pay: $13.71 per hour
