Responsibilities
Brief Description:
Responsible for preparing, organizing, and delivering accurate and complete mortgage loan packages for both loan servicing and secondary market activities. Organizes documents for imaging processes and provides support to document review personnel. Maintains departmental records and files. Provides backup support for follow up on incomplete and problem issues as they relate to mortgage loan shipping functions. Assists or refers members as necessary. Provides support and assistance to area personnel and ensures that the Credit Union's professional image is maintained.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• High school graduate or equivalent. • Basic knowledge of mortgage loan documents and processes.• One - two years mortgage loan processing or shipping experience preferred.• Excellent communication skills and willingness to assist others. • Understanding of loan processing, secondary market investor requirements, policies and procedures, and shipping functions and related laws and regulations. • Well organized and attention to detail.• Ability to operate related computer applications and business equipment.
