This is an in-office position at our modern workspace in the heart of downtown Fort Worth. If you’re ready to hustle, learn, and earn, we want you on our team!
Open Positions:
Acquisitions Associate
- Identify, evaluate, and close real estate deals.
- Build relationships with property owners and negotiate profitable contracts.
- Become an expert in real estate deal analysis and acquisitions.
Appointment Setter
- Connect with motivated sellers and schedule calls for our closers.
- Play a key role in building our deal pipeline by sourcing quality leads.
- Develop strong communication skills and gain real estate experience.
Caller – Business Development
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services and value propositions.
- Engage in warm calling by following up with leads from marketing efforts.
- Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Hungry to learn and ready to hustle.
- Real estate or sales experience preferred (but not required).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a professional demeanor.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, especially in business development or inside sales.
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques, including warm calling and telemarketing.
- Must have your own phone, computer, and reliable transportation.
- In-office position only – no remote work.

- Pay: Flat rate during 60-90 day ramp-up period, followed by a commission-only structure with six-figure earning potential for closers.
