E-Commerce Specialist (Amazon & Shopify)Overview
We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon and Shopify storefronts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify, focusing on listing optimization, PPC campaigns, inventory management, and performance analysis to drive revenue growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, digital marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesAmazon Operations
- Store Management: Oversee and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images that comply with Amazon policies.
- SEO & Listing Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic ranking and visibility.
- PPC & Advertising: Manage Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, and other paid campaigns to drive traffic and conversions while optimizing ACOS.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze data from Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, and other tools to monitor sales trends, conversion rates, and ad performance.
- Inventory & Pricing Strategy: Ensure stock availability, prevent stockouts, and implement competitive pricing strategies.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Review & Case Management: Manage customer feedback, reviews, and cases to maintain a high seller rating.
Shopify Operations
- Storefront Management: Manage and maintain the Shopify store, including product uploads, pricing updates, and content optimization.
- Website Optimization: Implement SEO strategies, A/B test product pages, and enhance the customer experience to increase conversions.
- Marketing & Sales Strategies: Execute Shopify-specific promotions, discounts, and bundling strategies to drive direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales.
- Google Ads & Meta Ads: Launch and optimize paid campaigns to drive traffic and sales on Shopify.
- Customer Experience & Retention: Optimize email marketing flows, abandoned cart strategies, and customer retention tactics.
- Integration & Automation: Utilize Shopify apps, automation tools, and CRM integrations to streamline operations.
Qualifications & Experience
- 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, PPC strategies, and listing optimization.
- Experience with Shopify store setup, management, and customization.
- Proficiency in Amazon tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp) and Shopify apps (Klaviyo, ReCharge, Yotpo, etc.).
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze data from Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics, and Shopify Analytics to inform strategy.
- Strong copywriting skills for product listings, ads, and email marketing.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
