PawsPik Inc. is a growing e-commerce and wholesale company specializing in pet products and home appliances. We are expanding our operations and seeking a reliable Warehouse Picker/Packer to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining smooth warehouse operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Order Picking & Packing:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse inventory based on order lists.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping following company guidelines.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Warehouse Organization & Inventory Management:
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
- Conduct routine inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Restock shelves and maintain stock levels for efficient order processing.
- Shipping & Receiving:
- Assist with receiving shipments, verifying accuracy, and stocking inventory.
- Prepare packages for carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and coordinate pickups.
- General Warehouse Duties:
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with warehouse regulations.
- Support additional warehouse tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and label printing.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
