What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse/Customer Service Associate position at America's Backyards & Outdoor Living?
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Full Time Position, 32-40 hrs. per week.
This job will consist of about 50/50 warehouse and office work.
Stand up order picker-lift experience preferred.
Warehouse experience required.
Computer experience preferred.
Customer Service experience preferred.
QuickBooks experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and complete all day to day warehouse operations including: pulling orders, loading outbound pallet orders, unloading containers when new inventory arrives, and basic cleaning/housekeeping.
- Help manage and complete all day to day customer service and order processing, including: Processing orders into QuickBooks from Costco's and Wayfair's vendor portals, updating inventory in portals, responding to customer service inquiries, and handling warranty claims.
This position includes a paid lunch, and has a start time of 9am. Once all daily tasks are completed, it is flexible with the ability for one to go home. Most tasks are completed by 3pm.
