As an Optometric Technician, you'll play a critical role in ensuring efficient patient care. You will assist our optometrists by conducting essential pre-screenings and tests before their examinations, helping to deliver the best possible eye care. No prior optical experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training!

Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality patient care.
- Maintain a professional look and feel in the doctor's office and pretest room.
- Learn and understand ocular terminology and abbreviations.
- Clearly explain the preliminary examinations to patients.
- Complete necessary paperwork and perform testing on patients prior to examination.
- Encourage visual field testing and retinal screenings for eligible patients.
- Conduct pre-screenings for exams.
- Review prescriptions and patient information carefully to identify special needs, consulting the optician or doctor as needed.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment.
