We are looking for a talented Residential Designer to join our team.

The Residential Designer will play a key role in creating and modifying construction drawings and detailed designs that align with industry standards and ABHP's commitment to quality. This role requires an eye for detail, a solid understanding of design principles, and a mastery of AutoCAD software. The Residential Designer will be responsible for creating designs of new single-family house plans. Designer is expected to be on the forefront of design trends and design best practices to enhance the company's existing portfolio.

Qualifications :

• Residential design experience is a must. Candidates without residential design experience will not be considered.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Drafting, Design, Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software for residential projects
• Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes and construction practices
• Excellent communication skills, creative problem solving ability and attention to detail
• Local to metro Atlanta preferred, remote will also be considered.
