Role Overview
This role is responsible for meeting sales and company objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing insertion and removal training of contact lenses to customers, as permitted by state law.
- Assisting customers in selecting eyewear, recommending suitable products based on lifestyle and prescription.
- Responding to incoming phone calls in accordance with National Vision protocol.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment, workstations, and facilities daily according to safety protocols.
- Ensuring inventory control and loss prevention procedures are followed at all times.
- Executing visual merchandising according to Brand and Company Standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 1 years of related experience or training in retail/customer service. Key qualifications include:
- Strong selling skills, focused on meeting both store and personal sales targets while adhering to company policies.
- In some locations, bilingual abilities are preferred.
