Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Treasury Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reconciling company bank accounts, researching general ledger variances, and managing various financial transactions. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of cash flow processes while supporting the Treasury department’s daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Cash Receipt Reporting
- Pull month-end bank statements as needed
- Process chargebacks and return items
- Create and process remote deposits at the corporate level
- Handle “Sell-a-Friend” payments and taxes
- Prepare and process daily journal entries as needed
- Submit daily Positive Pay files to banks
- Manage credit card and bank disputes
- Process bank account changes and new setups
- Resolve daily exception items
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Process credit card transactions
- Code incoming checks for deposit
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with general ledger processes and financial systems (preferred but not required
