Job Title: Account Resolution Specialist
Compensation: $16 an hour
Position Overview:
The Account Resolution Specialist is responsible for supporting the collections processes and ensuring best practices are implemented within their assigned dealerships. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), this individual will provide training, quality control, and collaboration to improve dealership performance and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collections Oversight: Identify areas of concern in collection practices and provide assistance and training to dealership staff
- Quality Control: Monitor dealership/customer communications to ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and applicable regulations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Mend and strengthen relationships between customers and dealerships, fostering collaboration on account resolutions.
Scheduling & Coordination: - Answer customer calls or text messages regarding late payments and determine the appropriate resolution, such as scheduling dealership appointments or resolving issues directly.
- Campaign Support: Assist field operations with campaigns to help struggling dealerships improve collection practices.
- Issue Identification: Collaborate with other departments to address dealership-level issues contributing to collection challenges.
- Policy Adherence: Uphold the company’s mission, vision, values, and ethical standards by following all policies and procedures.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by your manager to support the company’s success.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet daily attendance requirements.
- Familiarity with applicable laws and regulations related to collections practices is a plus.
