Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in coordinating lot activities to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring Company standards for sales, collections, cost control, and profitability are met.
- Monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving strategies.
- Maintaining high-quality facilities and products.
- Assisting the General Manager in setting and achieving performance goals.
- Overseeing staffing, training, and coaching of Associates to help them advance in their careers.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries or complaints.
- Stepping into the General Manager role when needed.
Supervisory Role
You will help manage a team of Associates in various departments, including Office, Sales, Collections, and Service. Responsibilities include guiding sales efforts, ensuring collection goals are met, planning and analyzing business data, and fostering a supportive and results-driven work environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Education/Experience: Associate’s Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience/training. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data, implement strategies, and mentor team members.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
