Job Summary:
America's Car-Mart is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing, submitting, and tracking purchase agreements submitted by our field purchase agents. This role is vital in ensuring our inventory is accurately recorded, tracked, and distributed to our dealerships in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Record and fulfill vehicle orders daily, assigning vehicles and dispersing them among dealerships based on recurring order needs and vehicle mix.
- Build and submit vehicle orders into our system for the Platform Logistics Coordinator to post.
- Update and maintain daily inventory reports, ensuring all updates are reflected for recurring orders.
- Monitor and update inventory as needed, ensuring accuracy and timely adjustments.
- Follow up monthly on changes to recurring orders and coordinate necessary adjustments.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your direct supervisor.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and our mission, vision, values, and ethical standards.
- Maintain regular daily attendance to ensure all duties are completed on time.
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to track and manage inventory effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with field agents and team members.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems is preferred.
- Previous experience in an inventory-related role is a plus.
