Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager 3 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing business projects across cross-functional teams, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and with input from all necessary business partners and departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Gathering and defining project scope, deliverables, and quality objectives in collaboration with business leaders.
- Communicating project status and performance updates to executive leadership.
- Monitoring project progress to ensure adherence to contractual agreements and timelines.
- Collecting and analyzing required data inputs from various parties to support project progress.
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of project plans, design documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborating with functional business areas to identify opportunities for improved profitability.
- Managing standard processes and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Building and managing project schedules, defining critical paths, tracking progress, and generating status reports.
- Conducting scenario analyses and projections to evaluate business opportunities.
- Leading project-related meetings, including kick-offs, reviews, and post-launch evaluations, while preparing agendas, notes, and deliverables.
- Developing communication plans in collaboration with the Communications team to inform stakeholders about upcoming projects or changes.
- Creating operational reporting tools to monitor and drive business growth.
- Performing data analysis using company systems/tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Addressing complex issues independently and escalating only the most challenging problems as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing projects within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with company-specific systems/tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and handle complex issues.
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
