Responsibilities include managing the following areas:
· Daily management of customer payments, end of day balancing and related cash handling processes.
· Processing of invoices and vendor records, as well as other accounts payable functions.
· Ensuring timely vehicle titling and lien submission processes.
· Managing filing and organizational processes to ensure compliant management of customer files, and
Qualifications Needed:
· Previous experience working in a car dealership or business office.
· Cash handling experience.
· Strong clerical skills.
· Accounts payable experience.
· Basic accounting functions.
· Associates degree or two (2) years related experience.
· Strong customer service skills.
· Strong ethics.
