Branch Manager

What your day will look like:
- Help the branch grow and meet sales targets
- Foster strong relationships with key members
- Ensure the branch team knows their stuff about products and processes
- Coach and supervise the teller and new accounts/loans staff in their sales and service tasks
- Promote and deliver deposit services to our members
- Refer opportunities to the investments and mortgage teams and work with them to ensure referrals come back to the branch
- Oversee all member services – from loan applications to deposit opening and teller services – ensuring top-notch service
- Represent the credit union in the community by participating in events and organizations - be the local “face” of the credit union
Branch Hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday- 10:00am-2:00pm
The pay range:
$67,724.80 - $90,147.96 per year

What you will bring:
- Two years of previous management/supervisory experience and/or demonstrated leadership skills in lending and savings functions preferred
- Two years of experience in the selection and hiring of staff; preferably within a financial institution or related industry
- Must be bondable
