Minimum Qualifications:

- Be the first point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Transfer information from written work orders to a computer database
- Schedule projects communicating with customers, suppliers and installers, job costing and invoicing.
