Key Responsibilities
Appointment Setting Duties
- Proactively engage potential customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat platforms.
- Utilize persuasive communication skills and follow structured scripts to gather information, qualify leads, and set appointment expectations.
- Accurately schedule appointments with flooring designers based on customer preferences and availability.
- Leverage CRM and scheduling tools to track appointments and follow-ups accurately.
- Confirm and remind customers of their appointments to maximize conversion rates and minimize no-shows.
- Build meaningful relationships with potential customers to encourage successful appointments.
- Overcome objections with confidence, professionalism, and product knowledge.
Operator Queue Duties
- Answer incoming calls, emails and chats promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Gather essential customer information and accurately document messages for follow-up.
- Smoothly transfer calls to appropriate departments, ensuring a seamless handoff.
- Provide alternative solutions when necessary and maintain a positive caller experience.
