Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Communication:
- Answer all incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist the marketing team in managing patient admissions and readmissions.
- Data Management & Scheduling:
- Input new patient information accurately into the system.
- Create and manage patient and caregiver schedules to ensure timely and quality care delivery.
- Verify and process employee visits for payroll on a weekly basis.
- Team Collaboration:
- Assist the team in meeting weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the office's staffing needs are met.
- Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment:
- Effectively manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare or home care coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, scheduling software, and basic office applications.
