The Home Care Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a home care branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality in-home care services to clients. This role involves managing staff, coordinating care plans, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Branch Manager will lead a team of caregivers and administrative staff while working closely with company professionals to ensure we are providing the best care possible to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the home care branch to ensure efficient and smooth service delivery.
- Monitor and manage staff schedules, ensuring that clients receive appropriate care as per care plans.
- Maintain office procedures, workflows, and systems to ensure efficient administrative operations.
Staff Management:
- Supervise and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback, guidance, and coaching as needed.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Client Care and Relationship Management:
- Implement, and review individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, family members, and healthcare providers.
- Conduct regular client assessments to ensure care needs are met and provide solutions as needed.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Serve as a point of contact for families and clients, ensuring open and clear communication.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company policies and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, reports, and documentation.
Marketing and Business Development:
- Promote the branch’s services to potential clients, referral sources, and community organizations.
- Participate in networking activities and community events to build relationships and increase brand visibility.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and help implement strategies to expand the client base.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, scheduling software, and basic office applications.
- Must be bilingual (Spanish Speaking)
