Job Title: Membership Advocate (Hybrid Sales Associate)
Location: Hybrid (Remote & On-Site as Needed) in Jay, OK
Compensation: 10% Commission, $2,000 Draw Beginning May 1st

As we expand our offerings, we are looking for passionate Membership Advocates to join our team and connect with potential members and guests to maximize their experience.

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and personable Membership Advocates to engage with our membership survey opt-ins, introduce them to our exclusive annual membership, and assist them in booking resort stays—especially those with member discounts during the month of April. This hybrid sales role requires strong communication skills, a passion for outdoor recreation, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential members who have opted into our membership survey.
• Educate prospects on the benefits of our annual membership program and assist in closing sales.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional resort experiences.
• Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates and a personalized customer experience.
• Work closely with the resort team to coordinate membership-related bookings and maintain accurate records.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to a dynamic, results-driven sales culture.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a seamless transition from lead to membership activation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 years of sales experience (preferably in hospitality, memberships, or outdoor recreation).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Passion for outdoor adventure, travel, and hospitality.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid capacity.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, lead management software, and virtual sales techniques.
