Position Details:
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Location: In Michigan - Full time (start date 2/17/25)
- Training Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for 8 weeks.)
- Shift: Mid-Shift (10:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.) (Flexible, varying shifts; must have open availability)
- Wage: $14.00-$16.00 per hour based on experience. (Attendance bonuses)
- Job Level: Entry Level with excellent opportunities for pay increases and promotions.

Day to Day:
- Answering incoming calls from REALTORS® and homeowners

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent along with Background and drug screen (required)
- Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Call Center: 1 year (Preferred)
