What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative - Jackson, Michigan position at America's Preferred Home Warranty, Inc.?

Our accredited Customer Service Representative (CSR) training program will help fully prepare you to serve our customers over the telephone in a call-center environment.

No outbound cold-calling, sales, debt collections, or telemarketing calls
Extensive paid training program

Position Details :

Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : In Michigan - Full time (start date 3 / 17 / 25)

Training Hours : Monday-Friday (8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m. for 8 weeks.)

Shift : Mid-Shift (10 : 00 a.m. - 11 : 00 p.m.) (Flexible, varying shifts; must have open availability)

Wage : $14.00-$16.00 per hour based on experience. (Attendance bonuses)

Job Level : Entry Level with excellent opportunities for pay increases and promotions.

Answering incoming calls from REALTORS® and homeowners

Live trainer with small class sizes

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent along with Background and drug screen (required)

Strong telephone skills, good written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated with strong work ethic, integrity, and values

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook

Experience :

Customer Service : 1 year (Preferred)

Call Center : 1 year (Preferred)
