ASP-America's Swimming Pool Company is the leading swimming pool service provider in the United States. As part of the largest pool franchise in North America, with over 380 locations, we proudly manage two locations in Utah. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a proactive, customer-focused Pool Maintenance Manager to join our team in the Utah County and Salt Lake City areas!
Responsibilities
- Maintenance technicians usually service around 40 pools per week. In this role, you'll be responsible for approximately 20 pools per week, along with additional duties
- Manage 3-4 maintenance technicians in-field troubleshooting issues. We will train on everything that is needed after 2-3 months you should be knowledgeable in most issues that will arise
- Chemical drop off/delivery to various residential/commercial swimming pools
- Handy, able to do basic repairs/troubleshooting of Pool Equipment
- Handle all maintenance customer communication, complaints and needs
- Arrive daily at the warehouse to meet with 3-4 other maintenance technicians
- Handle any maintenance related customer complaints or issues that came in after hours
- Communicate from the field to the office staff throughout the day
- March-May you will be assigned to a Pool Opening Lead position. After 1-2 months of training, you will assist with 2-4 pool openings per day with a maintenance technician
- September- November will be assigned as a Pool Closing Lead position. After the training period, you and a maintenance technician will winterize 3-5 pools per day
- You will be responsible for covering a maintenance route in the event of a technician's absence
Skills
- Located in Salt Lake Valley area
- Previous pool experience is welcome, however if you don’t have any we will train the right person
- Valid driver's license, ability to provide Motor Vehicle Report upon application
- Clean background check
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs
- Ability to utilize a smartphone and company used software applications
- Slack, ConnectTeam, PoolBrain & Podium
Schedule
- During the months of March through October, it’s peak pool season, expect to work 40-55 hours weekly with salary pay.
- During the off season, expect to work 15-35 hours weekly with salary pay
- Saturdays required as needed during peak season
Pay
- $25/hr during training period
- Ability to earn $50,000 yearly salary after training completed
- Bonus Potential Based off of position benchmarks to be achieved (discussed during onboarding)
- Potential for additional significant bonus amount
- Paid weekly through direct deposit
