About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional on-site pool cleaning and maintenance services to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Swimming Pool Route: Efficiently clean and maintain pools, ensuring optimal water quality and customer satisfaction.
- Chemical Management: Stock and adjust chemicals on the truck for precise water chemistry control.
- Technology Utilization: Effectively use a smartphone for our Pool Ops mobile platform to streamline operations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Identify and report equipment repair needs to the office in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional service by consistently producing sparkling clean pools.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
- Lifting Ability: Lift up to 100 lbs safely and efficiently.
- No Experience Required: We provide extensive training for this role, so prior experience is not necessary.
- Certified Pool Operator License: A certified Pool Operator License is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $42,400 - $49,400 per year (based on $800 - $950 per week), with quarterly bonus potential.
