America's Swimming Pool Company is seeking an experienced Residential Pool Service Technician to join our team. As a critical member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pool cleaning and maintenance services to our residential customers. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Provide daily pool cleaning and maintenance services, adhering to our proven methods and protocols
• Maintain accurate records of chemical usage and pool conditions, utilizing our proprietary software platform, Pool Ops
• Communicate effectively with the office team to identify equipment repair needs and collaborate on prompt resolutions
• Utilize a smartphone to receive digital reports after each visit, featuring time of service, services performed, chemical balance, chemicals added, and a picture of the clean swimming pool
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
• Prior experience in pool maintenance or a related field is beneficial but not required, as extensive training will be provided
• Certified Pool Operator License is preferred but not necessary
