Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: Develop and execute data-informed growth strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, with a strong emphasis on mobile acquisition and performance marketing.
- MarTech Optimization: Partner with Product/Engineering teams to optimize marketing technology platforms, including MMP and CDP.
- Acquisition & Channel Expansion: Drive user growth through paid acquisition, mobile-based ad networks, app store optimization (ASO), and new acquisition channels like affiliate marketing, referral programs, and partnerships.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Tableau, identifying insights to improve ROI and scalability.
- Cross-Channel Testing: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests for creative, audiences, and messaging to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and data teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong experience leveraging MarTech platforms, including MMPs and CDPs.
- Expertise in mobile growth strategies, including paid acquisition, app store optimization (ASO), and retention tactics.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and attribution tools like Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in designing and running A/B tests and multivariate experiments across channels.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills to drive alignment across teams.
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital acquisition.
- Experience in subscription-based business models or recurring revenue environments.
- Familiarity with MarTech platforms such as CDPs, CEPs, and MMPs.
- Proven track record in driving app growth through paid acquisition, app store optimization (ASO), and retention strategies.
- Strong knowledge of subscription-based business models, including metrics like CAC, LTV, and churn.
- Proficiency in programmatic advertising, in-app engagement strategies, and multivariate testing.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
