Our search is focused on people with great customer service skills and a passion for helping people. This position provides a unique opportunity for those looking to combine their passion for business with a chance to give back to their communities.
Primary Job Duties
Assists the Driver in picking up donations from donation box sites and donor homesProvides outstanding customer service to all donors and customersAssists Driver in navigation of the truck during route and pick-up operationsCommunicates an awareness of our mission and goals to our donors and customersMaintains relationships with donors and the general publicHelps sustain and maintain donation box sites and routes for donation collectionsAssists Driver in the future development of routes, donation box and trailer site placementsMaintains clean and orderly donation sites and routes based on company operational standardsAssists Driver in accurate record keeping and tracking of routes and donation pick-upsPartners with Driver to safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and trailersPossesses the ability to regularly work in the heat, the cold and in wet weather conditionsOther duties as may be assigned by managementSkills & Qualifications
