Processing Product Sourcing Team Member - Marietta

Position Title: Processing Team Member (Product Sourcing) Reports To: Processing Supervisor Department: Processing FLSA Status: Nonexempt   Position Purpose and Objectives    Become an essential part of our team by serving as the Product Sourcing Team Member, responsible for driving the success of our e-commerce program at the store level. In this role, you will build excitement around the program, train team members, and ensure operational excellence in identifying, processing, and manifesting high-value items for online sales.   Roles and Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for the e-commerce program within the store. Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members and store leadership on e-commerce processes. Conduct hands-on e-commerce training for new hires during their orientation. Perform daily store and rack checks to identify missed high-value e-commerce items. Ensure all e-commerce stations are set up for success with necessary tools, such as labeled totes, hanging racks, and manifesting checklists. Conduct daily manifesting of selected items, ensuring accurate descriptions and proper packaging for shipment Collaborate with other team members to maintain smooth transitions between workstations. Participate in team training to stay updated on quality standards and seasonal guidelines. Uphold the organization’s commitment to safety and quality in all tasks.   Skills and Qualifications  Must be at least 18 years of age Consistent and Reliable Strong attention to detail to identify quality issues quickly. The ability to work efficiently to meet production targets. Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with the handling and categorization of a variety of items, including clothing, toys, and household items. Operate in a fast-paced environment that requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout the shift. Handle merchandise bags weighing up to 50 pounds. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Ability to stand, walk, and meet other job-related demands for extended periods.
