Greets and interacts with customers
Answers customer requests promptly
Assists customers in finding merchandise
Answers cash register calls promptly
Operates the register when needed
Demonstrates a high sense of urgency with all assignments
Follows proper procedures for handling claims merchandise
Maintains an organized, visually appealing sales floor
Knowledgeable about products, discounts, and company mission
Remains knowledgeable regarding all areas of the store operation
Other duties as may be assigned by management
Skills & Qualifications
High School Degree, GED or equivalent work experiences preferred
Must be at least 16 years of age
Displays excellent sales and customer service skills through interactions both in person and on the phone
Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and recommend merchandise
Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the retail space.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Ability to count and handle money
Ability to operate cash register
Must be able to pass background check.
