We are seeking a creative and passionate Art Teacher to join our team and inspire students to express themselves through art. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of various art techniques and the ability to engage students of all ages in meaningful and enjoyable lessons.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that are engaging and age-appropriate
- Teach students various art techniques such as drawing, painting, and sculpture
- Encourage students to express themselves creatively and develop their own personal style
- Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for all students
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the art program and curriculum
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art Education or a related field
- Strong understanding of various art techniques and mediums
- Experience teaching art to students of all ages
- Ability to engage students in a creative and meaningful way
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for art and education
Working Hours: 15 - 30 hours
Compensation: $20 - 30 / hour
