Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of eye conditions and diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and provide accurate prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses.
- Conduct surgical procedures, including cataract surgery, LASIK, and other eye surgeries as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Educate patients on eye health, preventative care, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- MD or DO with a specialization in Ophthalmology.
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Ophthalmology.
- Valid state medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Experience in a clinical or surgical setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
