Paragon Ophthalmology is a well-established private practice with an exceptional reputation in southwest Michigan that is seeking an extraordinary BC / BE comprehensive ophthalmologist to replace a physician who is retiring in 2023. The new physician will be joining 2 full-time MDs and 2 ODs and can expect to perform 350 cataract surgeries per year and be busy immediately. Attractive home-work life balance with 1 : 8 call. There is the potential for partnership after one year for the right candidate.
Our group is an independent practice and is part of a larger physician-led multi-specialty group with an attractive benefit package, including group health, dental and malpractice. 401(k) with generous profit-sharing plan becomes available in the second year. Our practice has an experienced staff and great working relationships with two large health care systems, two local hospitals, the Surgery Center of Kalamazoo, and active groups of referring optometrists and primary care providers.
