Join a highly respected, fast-growing NVISION ophthalmology practice in beautiful Oregon! We have 8 locations in the Mid-Willamette to Portland area. We have subspecialty coverage in glaucoma, medical retina, refractive. The locations we are specifically looking for are Albany / Corvallis area) home of Oregon State University) and potentially the Portland office. We are a practice of six ophthalmologists and 12 optometrists with a large OD referral network. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ophthalmologist to join our team in providing exceptional patient care with cutting-edge technology with latest in cataract and refractive procedures. This is an exciting opportunity for a surgeon interested in a high-volume surgical environment and a collaborative, patient-focused practice. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest advancements in ophthalmic technology, while also playing a key role in the continued growth of the practice. There are also potential partnership opportunities after demonstrating leadership and success within the organization. Partnerships are included in the practice, ASCs, and buildings if wanted. There is a base salary with large potential for increased income as a bonus and especially as a partner with passive income from multiple sources.

Responsibilities :

• Perform a high volume of surgeries, including but not limited to cataract surgeries, refractive surgeries, plastics, and glaucoma procedures.
• Provide comprehensive eye care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of ophthalmic conditions.
• Utilize the latest ophthalmic technology for diagnostics, imaging, and surgeries.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced ophthalmologists, optometrists, and staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in patient consultations, examinations, and developing treatment plans.
